At Shrithikaura, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

* Beauty products
* Customized items
* Innerwear

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
